lack of service

The air-con was shut down, just grewt for September. And to top it off, not having an iron in the room was just unthinkable. I almost left a good review, but where was my complimentary upgrade or any kind of special treatment? Very disappointing experience at Schloss Zermatt, not impressed.

Recommend it for families seeking luxury

The facilities were great. We really appreciated the heated pool which was perfect after a long day, and the gym was never too crowded. The breakfast spread was unbelievable-so many options, even the picky eaters in our group found something they loved. Plus, the kids loved the afternoon tea service. They couldn't get enough of the little snacks!

It was pricey, no denying that, but considering the experience, I'd say it was worth it.

The hotel was fantastic for our family! We loved the heated pool and enjoyed playing billiards together. Breakfast was delicious, especially the honeycomb, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Plus, the location made it easy to access the nearby slopes.

My kids wished there was a dinner restaurant on site.
